Foundersflow is the platform Founders Flow uses to work with its clients. You follow your onboarding and progress, prospects book a call with you through your own booking page, and you keep track of your leads and appointments.
Accounts are created by Founders Flow. Self sign-up is not available.
What can you do with Foundersflow?
Client portal
Every client of Founders Flow gets their own portal. There you see your appointments, approve content and find shared documents.
Connect your calendar and get booked
Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. Prospects then pick a free time on your own booking page. Foundersflow reads when you are busy and adds booked calls to your calendar.

You see step by step what has been done and what the next step is.
How Foundersflow uses your calendar and mailbox
You decide whether to connect your Google or Microsoft calendar. Google or Microsoft asks for your permission first.
Read the privacy policy- For your booking page, Foundersflow only reads the start and end time of your events and whether you are busy at that time. That way we only show free time slots.
- When someone books a call, Foundersflow adds the meeting to your calendar, with the invitee as a guest.
- Founders Flow team members can also connect their own mailbox to send emails from Foundersflow, such as confirmations and follow up emails. This only lets Foundersflow send email, not read it. Clients only connect their calendar.
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.
